These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pub77 ("pub77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated at pub77.co (the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

pub77 operates its online casino platform in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming activity in the Philippines. These Terms are to be read together with any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and pub77.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use pub77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR's regulations for online gaming participation in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of a household member of any such person employed by pub77 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.
• You have not been self-excluded from pub77 or otherwise excluded from gambling by a regulatory authority or court order.

Each Player may register one (1) account on pub77. The creation of more than one account per person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held in those accounts without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pub77 account, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

pub77 is required to conduct customer due diligence ("KYC") in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit any documentation requested by pub77 for KYC purposes, which may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by pub77 may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal functions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub77 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

pub77 will never request your password via email, SMS, phone call, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from pub77 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

pub77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pub77 support immediately and change your password without delay.

pub77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in your own name. pub77 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that is not registered to you, pub77 reserves the right to void the deposit, withhold any associated winnings, and return the funds to the originating payment method.

pub77 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering review and may be flagged for enhanced due diligence at pub77's discretion.

Withdrawal requests from your pub77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your pub77 account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified pub77 account.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
• pub77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. These checks are conducted for your protection and in compliance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
• pub77 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and processing timelines, which are communicated within the Player's account dashboard.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within a short timeframe following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard banking processing times.

pub77 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published on the promotions page of the pub77 platform and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Player per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• pub77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted by Players in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• pub77 may void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of fraudulent behaviour in connection with a promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and are not designed to be exploited as a guaranteed revenue source. pub77 reserves the right to impose stake size restrictions on bonus play where abuse is suspected.

Each game available on the pub77 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct of that game.

All digital games on pub77 that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The integrity of RNG systems is subject to periodic third-party audit. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for games are available within the game information panels.

Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers operating under active supervision. Game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun and are not generated by software RNG. pub77 shall not be liable for any disruption to a live dealer game caused by third-party technical failures, network connectivity issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, pub77 will endeavour to settle outstanding bets in accordance with the state of the game at the time of disconnection.

If you believe a game result is incorrect or that a technical malfunction has affected the outcome of a game, you must submit a dispute to pub77 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the event. pub77 will investigate all disputes in good faith. The decision of pub77's technical review team on the outcome of any game dispute is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on pub77.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pub77 at any time, including during registration, KYC, or customer support interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to other Players through ordinary use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings accrued as a result of a known or exploited technical error are void and will be recovered from the Player's account.
• Colluding with other Players, casino employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pub77 staff or other Players.
• Charging back or reversing deposits made to your pub77 account after those funds have been used to place wagers.

All content on the pub77 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and audiovisual materials — is the property of pub77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of pub77's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pub77's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pub77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events outside pub77's reasonable control.

pub77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pub77 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between twenty-four (24) hours and six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from pub77. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, will result in the immediate and permanent closure of the Player's account. pub77 will not knowingly accept a new registration from a self-excluded Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure on-screen reminders at set intervals to prompt awareness of time and money spent.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a leisure activity that carries inherent financial risk. pub77 encourages all Players to familiarise themselves with our Responsible Gaming resources and to make use of the tools available to them if they have any concerns about their gambling behaviour.

You may close your pub77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

pub77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.
• pub77 determining, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or compliance with applicable law.

Where pub77 terminates an account for reasons not constituting Player fault or breach, any real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the Player. Where termination results from Player breach or prohibited conduct, pub77 reserves the right to withhold account balances in accordance with applicable law.

pub77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pub77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendments. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pub77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pub77's customer support team. pub77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures, to the extent that such complaints fall within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
